Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TRENDY PH BEAUTY - IN HAWAII, USA. We are committed to delivering your authentic Asian beauty products as quickly and safely as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day (order must be placed before 12pm HST)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRENDY PH BEAUTY - IN HAWAII, USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management first, then contact your local post office. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist you.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
