Refund policy

At Trendy PH Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards

RETURN SHIPPING

A flat rate return shipping fee of $8.99 will be charged per return. This fee will be deducted from your refund total. Return shipping fees are waived if the return is due to our error, including wrong item sent, defective product, or inauthentic product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund total. For example, on a $24.00 item, a $3.60 restocking fee will be applied. Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your refund total will reflect any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we sell. If any item you receive is found to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked and all fees waived. Simply contact us with photo evidence and we will process your refund immediately.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at luzpaulo12@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. No restocking fee or return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All fees are waived in this case.
